Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Our primary carriers include:

 

FedEx: Most commonly used and preferred. If you enter a P.O. Box, please provide an alternate physical address, as FedEx can only deliver to physical addresses.
 

UPS: Used in select locations. If you use a P.O. Box, please provide a physical address, as UPS may only deliver to physical addresses.
 

USPS: Used for orders under $150.


Please note that each item has a specific processing time before it ships. Processing times vary by product and can be found on the item's description page. Transit times begin once your order has left our facility. Delivery times also depend on the shipping method selected during checkout.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping options will vary based on your order and delivery address. Each method comes with its own costs, delivery restrictions, and trackable features.

Standard Ground: 3-7 business days in the continental U.S.


Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, but note that it only affects transit time and not processing time.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, item weight, and selected shipping method.

Multiple Item Orders

To speed up delivery, we ship from the closest available warehouse. If an item is out of stock at the nearest location, it may ship from another warehouse. In such cases, you may receive multiple packages, but you will only incur one shipping charge.

Shipping to an Address Different from Billing Address

If you choose to ship to an address other than your billing address, we consider delivery confirmation (without a signature) sufficient proof of delivery.

Signature Required Deliveries

For orders over $1,000, a signature will be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your package.

Shipping to a Hotel

If you ship to a hotel, please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Once the package is delivered to the hotel and signed for, responsibility for the package is transferred to you. Any further shipping charges are your responsibility if the package is not received due to your departure or a missed delivery.

Address Errors or Delivery Issues

If an address is entered incorrectly, or if a delivery is missed 3 times, resulting in the package being returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any fees associated with reshipping (including any promotional shipping charges, which do not apply).

Additionally, if an address is missing a suite or apartment number, or if you request an address change post-shipment, a $18 delivery intercept fee may apply.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items typically ship within 3 business days after signing is completed. Please note that signing dates may change at the athlete’s discretion. Pre-order items are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Policy

To initiate a return, please ensure the items are received and processed by our warehouse within 30 days of the original purchase date. Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center (typically within 72 hours), your refund will be processed.

 

Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for returned merchandise. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days of processing.

Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
