This letter was a gift for Eduardo Agnelli, son of the owner of Fiat motor cars. He was a racing enthusiast. Enzo Ferrari signed along with 3 other drivers that participated in the famous 1966 Le Mans race. I’ve researched and can not name the 3rd driver but the other two are Lorenzo Bandini and Giampiero Biscaldi.
 
This item was in the Caister Castle museum in England for most of its life and has brand new museum glass installed. It is in incredible shape with barely any fading.
 
It includes the certificate of authenticity from the Ferrari company itself. I can not find an answer as to what the serial number in the top left corner signifies.
 
If you know who the 3rd driver is or have seen a serial number on such items, please share your knowledge with me. This is an incredible piece of racing history.
