Products & Collectibles

Your Own Museum offers autographed memorabilia, historical artifacts, collectibles, and related products.

Many collectibles are limited in availability, individually sourced, or unique. Product availability may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and relevant information. However, minor variations in color, appearance, framing, presentation, or packaging may occur.

Product images may include display accessories or illustrative settings that are not included with the purchase unless expressly stated.

Autographs & Authenticity Documentation

Authenticity and provenance are important considerations when purchasing collectible memorabilia.

Where an item includes a certificate of authenticity, authentication label, accompanying documentation, or other provenance information, those details should be identified in the individual product listing.

Customers should review the specific documentation and authentication information associated with an item before purchasing.

No particular third-party authentication, investment value, or future resale value is guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees are calculated during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccurate descriptions, and other website mistakes. If an error affects an order already submitted, we will contact the customer regarding the available options.

Orders are subject to payment authorization, product availability, and acceptance.

Order Processing & Availability

Processing times vary by product and are identified on individual product description pages when available.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Because some collectibles are limited, an item may become unavailable before an order can be fulfilled. If this occurs, we will contact the customer regarding the order and any applicable refund or alternative arrangement.

Shipping & Delivery

Your Own Museum uses carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Available shipping options, charges, delivery restrictions, and estimated transit times depend on the product and destination.

Certain orders require a signature upon delivery. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Pre-Order Items

Certain memorabilia may be offered for pre-order before a scheduled signing or product release.

Pre-order items typically ship within three business days after the signing is completed, subject to processing requirements.

Signing dates may change at the participating athlete's discretion or because of circumstances outside our control.

Pre-order purchases are non-refundable, subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged shipments, and other order-related concerns are addressed in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Customers should review that policy and any product-specific restrictions before completing a purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Custom Projects & Installation Services

Your Own Museum also offers memorabilia sourcing, display design, and installation services for residential and commercial spaces.

Project descriptions, square footage ranges, photographs, and examples on our website are provided for general informational purposes.

The scope of work, pricing, scheduling, responsibilities, and deliverables for an individual project will be established through a separate written proposal or agreement.

Custom project arrangements may be subject to additional terms communicated before work begins.

Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, original photographs, layouts, branding, and other materials owned by Your Own Museum are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Visitors may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or republish our proprietary website content without permission.

The sale or display of memorabilia does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with an athlete, artist, organization, or rights holder unless expressly stated.
