An original, vintage AFTRA (American Federation of Television and Radio Artists) Pension & Welfare Fund membership and benefits record card hand-signed by the legendary Kerry Von Erich (born Kerry Gene Adkisson). Dated June 15, 1984—a pivotal year during his reign as NWA World Heavyweight Champion—this authentic document is boldly signed in blue ballpoint ink. The card exhibits excellent vintage condition with expected light handling wear from its time in active union files and measures approximately 6" x 4".

The front of the document provides a fascinating, verified snapshot of his life, listing his legal name, Kerry Gene Adkisson, his birth date of February 3, 1960, and his residence at the famed Von Erich family ranch in Denton, Texas. It captures his active union registration and stands as a testament to his crossover success as "The Texas Tornado" in both World Class Championship Wrestling and the WWE. The reverse side of the card is equally remarkable and offers a poignant glimpse into his personal life, designating his two young daughters, Hollie Brooke and Lacey Adkisson, as his primary beneficiaries. The document's historical timeline is sealed by official administrative markings: it is prominently stamped "DECEASED" in large blue letters across the fund office grid, accompanied by red handwritten administrative annotations reading "Deceased Feb. 18, 1993" and "Deleted in Mar. 1993," marking the tragic and untimely end of one of wrestling's most beloved figures.

Items of this deeply personal nature are exceedingly rare on the market. While signed photographs and index cards circulate among collectors, personal union and financial documents from the peak of the Von Erich dynasty are virtually nonexistent. Following the massive cultural impact of the biopic The Iron Claw, high-end wrestling memorabilia tied to the Von Erich family has seen a significant surge in collector demand.
